“Integrity” in our world today implies moral incorruptibility. Christians should be those who cannot be bribed or compromised because we serve God rather than men.

WHAT GUIDES YOUR LIFE?
Do you live by traditional values? Something that’s been handed down in your family, values and mores. Do you live by the world’s standards? Get all you can, can all you get and then sit on the can. Or, are you lead by the Spirit of GOD? Using the standard rule book, The Bible, with CHRIST as the center of all that you are: how you live with others, how you treat others and how you share with others. Could you do something for someone tomorrow who cannot repay you? How would that feel? Regretful, resentful or rejoiceful? Our Lord loves a cheerful giver! 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.

The 5 L’s: Dr McGarey suggests to evaluate and order our lives:

#5: Listening: Listening devoid of love is mere sounds, lacking depth and resonance. However, when we listen with love, a profound transformation occurs. Love-infused listening transcends surface-level reception, leading to genuine understanding. It is through listening with love and empathy that we cultivate true connection. This empathetic listening allows us to truly support others, creating a space where they feel heard, validated, and understood. In turn, this reciprocal exchange of love and understanding brings about a deep sense of fulfillment, enriching both the listener and the speaker.
