Labor Day

Labor Day, the first Monday in September since 1894, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers.  It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

This also marks a time when the children are back to school, the weather grows crisp in the evenings, and night falls earlier.   So goes days of summer-time slipping away all too soon.

Tree lined road at sunsetFor “all” those who work hard for the mon$y!!   Take this day in appreciation of all of your hard work that you do. Thank you!  Police men and women, firefighters, school teachers, nurses, bus drivers, sanitation workers, shop keepers, beauty industry workers, clergy men and women, counselors, doctors, lawyers, etc., etc.  The list is unending.
