Once opportunity is lost, it won’t be repeated. Each opportunity is a test of the vision of the that person. What happens when you don’t take your opportunities seriously? Who do you trust to fulfill them? GOD…you? Opportunity doesn’t shout, it whispers, and our ears must be attentive. When opportunity knocks, it doesn’t kick down the door, and we had better be alert to open the door. Or, we just might miss it.
For of all sad words of tongue or pen, The saddest are these: “It might have been!” ~~J. Greenleaf Whittier
You are not the only person struggling today. Others around you are hurting too. Be extremely attentive to the silent cries of someone close to you who may be drowning in the Ocean of Helplessness. Allow yourself to become their Life-Jacket…of hope.
You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. –Henry David Thoreau
This week, challenge yourself to be completely present in every moment. Put away your phones, be more attentive to your surroundings, your lover, husband, children, wife and immerse yourself into you to be better for them and yourself.
