Go to bed earlier

Less phone time(facebook, youtube, twitter)

Whatever the RESOLUTION have you already started to wane?  Well, if you have, get right back on schedule!  So what, if you had that extra piece of fried chicken?  So what, if you stayed up too late watching reruns of your favorite show?  So what, if you only read Genesis 1 before the phone rang and it was . . . ?

Let’s stop playing with ourselves when it comes to getting it together.  Something we all vow to do – ‘Get it together’.  We’re only one week off schedule!  I’m resolved.  What about you?

I love, love this time of year.  It’s not too hot nor too cold, just right for sleeping.

As fall swiftly approaches, this time of year calls for changes in fashion as the weather turns.  Time to pull out our heavy oils and creams to keep hands and feet nice and supple.

It’s time to start that exercise and weight loss journey before the holidays.

Hope Springs Eternal

As in nature, each Spring, we too have newness of life.  We want to clear out the old and began anew.  Anyway, it feels like a new beginning. 

How are we to harness that power of growth and development in  our lives?   We must be willing to give up the life, we think, is best for us and give-in to the life that is waiting for us.  We must choose to use the power (THE SPIRIT) within us to achieve that end, LIFE.  Then possibly live LIFE as it was meant to be, in  . . .

A new year is like opening a present with potential.  What potential for yourself are you anticipating?  A new figure?  A new career?  A new man?  New friends?  A new hair color, cut or maybe try some weave??  Whatever your new flavor or life-style change, do you know the steps?  I’ve heard it said, ‘a goal without a plan is just a wish’ or something like that.

My clients often say they don’t have time to get a manicure or pedicure.  With a plan, many things are possible.  It’s the year to quite playing with who we’re pretending to be and start shaping our future with goals and plans.  Start from the inside out.
